1 Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context expressly requires otherwise:

• "222ra", "we", "us", or "our" refers to the operators of the 222ra platform, accessible at https://222ra.net, operating under an international gaming licence.
• "Platform" means the 222ra website, mobile browser interface, games, sports betting services, payment systems, and all associated features and content.
• "Player", "you", or "your" refers to any individual who registers for, accesses, or uses a 222ra account.
• "Account" means the registered player account created on the 222ra platform through which a player accesses games, places bets, and manages funds.
• "Real Money Balance" means funds deposited by the player into their 222ra account using an approved payment method.
• "Bonus Balance" means promotional credits, free spins, or bonus funds awarded by 222ra subject to applicable wagering requirements.

2 Acceptance of Terms

3 Account Registration

To access real-money games and sports betting services on the 222ra Platform, you must register a player account. The following conditions apply to account registration and maintenance:

1. Single Account: Each individual may only hold one registered account on the 222ra Platform. Registration of multiple accounts by the same person, using the same device, payment method, identity document, or mobile number, is strictly prohibited.
2. Accurate Information: All information provided during registration — including your full legal name, date of birth, mobile number, and preferred payment method — must be accurate, complete, and up to date. Providing false or misleading information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
3. Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 222ra login credentials. You must not share your account password with any third party. 222ra will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account caused by your failure to maintain credential security.
4. Account Transfers: Player accounts are non-transferable. You may not sell, assign, or otherwise transfer your account or any account balance to any other person.
5. Pakistani Residents: The 222ra Platform is operated with Pakistani players in mind. You confirm that your use of the Platform complies with all laws applicable in your jurisdiction. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that accessing and using the Platform is lawful in your location.

222ra reserves the right to refuse account registration or to close any account at its sole discretion, including without limitation where it suspects fraudulent activity, multiple account registration, or breach of these Terms.

4 Age Verification & KYC

The 222ra Platform is strictly available to players aged 21 years or older. By registering an account, you declare and warrant that you are at least 21 years of age. This age restriction is enforced without exception.

Prior to the processing of any withdrawal — and at any other time 222ra deems appropriate — you will be required to complete identity verification (KYC). KYC documentation typically includes, but is not limited to:

• A valid government-issued identity document (National Identity Card, passport, or driving licence);
• Proof of residential address (a utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence dated within the last 90 days);
• Proof of payment method ownership (screenshot of registered JazzCash or EasyPaisa account, or bank account statement for HBL, UBL, or Meezan Bank).

All KYC documents submitted to 222ra are processed and stored in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Documents are used solely for identity verification, age confirmation, and anti-money laundering compliance purposes.

5 Deposits & Withdrawals

222ra supports the following payment methods for Pakistani players: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank. The following terms govern all financial transactions on the Platform:

1. Minimum Deposits: Minimum deposit amounts are displayed at the point of transaction within your 222ra account. These amounts may be updated periodically and are subject to change.
2. Deposit Processing: JazzCash and EasyPaisa deposits are processed in real time, typically clearing within 60 seconds. Bank transfer deposits (HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank) may take up to one business day to reflect in your account balance.
3. Withdrawal Method: Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method and account used for the qualifying deposit. 222ra does not transfer funds to third-party accounts or payment methods not registered in the player's name.
4. Withdrawal Processing Time: Withdrawal requests are reviewed within 24 hours of submission, subject to completed KYC verification. Processing times after review depend on the receiving payment method and are outside 222ra's direct control once initiated.
5. Platform Fees: 222ra does not charge transaction fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, fees may be levied by your payment provider or bank. 222ra is not responsible for any third-party charges.
6. Currency: All transactions on the 222ra Platform are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR / Rs). Exchange rate conversions, if any, are the responsibility of the player's payment provider.
7. Fraud Prevention: 222ra actively monitors all transactions for suspicious activity. We reserve the right to suspend withdrawal processing and request additional documentation where fraud, money laundering, or bonus abuse is suspected.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

222ra may, at its discretion, offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, and other promotional incentives to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any promotion-specific terms published at the time of the offer:

• Eligibility: Bonuses are available only to players with verified 222ra accounts who satisfy the eligibility criteria specified in the relevant promotion terms. 222ra reserves the right to exclude any player from a promotion at its sole discretion.
• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds and free spin winnings are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier will be stated in the individual promotion terms. Failing to meet wagering requirements within the specified time period will result in forfeiture of the bonus balance.
• Game Contributions: Different game categories contribute differently toward wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%, while live dealer games, table games, and sports bets may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all. Specific contribution rates are published within individual promotion terms.
• One Bonus at a Time: Unless otherwise stated, only one active bonus may be held in your account simultaneously. Opting into a new promotion while an existing bonus is active may result in forfeiture of the previous bonus.
• Abuse: 222ra reserves the right to void bonuses and any associated winnings where it determines, at its sole discretion, that a player has abused a promotional offer, including through the use of multiple accounts, structured deposits, or coordinated betting patterns.
• Modification and Withdrawal: 222ra reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Changes will not affect bonuses already accepted and actively in use at the time of the change.

7 Betting Rules

The following general rules apply to all sports betting activity — including cricket, PSL, T20 internationals, UFC, and all other markets — conducted through the 222ra Platform:

• Bet Acceptance: All bets are subject to acceptance by 222ra. A bet is confirmed only upon the issuance of a bet receipt or confirmation within your account. 222ra reserves the right to decline or limit any bet without providing a reason.
• Odds: Odds displayed on the Platform are subject to change up to the moment a bet is placed and confirmed. 222ra is not liable for any discrepancy between displayed odds and confirmed bet odds caused by system latency or network issues.
• In-Play Betting: Live in-play bets are accepted subject to the Platform's real-time availability. 222ra reserves the right to suspend in-play betting on any market at any time without notice.
• Void Bets: A bet may be voided — and stakes returned to the player's account — in circumstances including event cancellation, insufficient data to settle a market, or technical errors at the time of bet placement.
• Settlement: Sports betting markets are settled based on official results from the relevant sport's governing body. In cases of dispute, 222ra's settlement decision, based on available official data, is final.
• Maximum Winnings: Maximum winnings per bet and per event may be subject to platform limits. Applicable limits are displayed within the betting interface and are subject to change.

Casino games — including slots, live dealer tables, and RNG games — are governed by the specific rules displayed within each game. In the event of a conflict between in-game rules and these Terms, these Terms prevail.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 222ra Platform. Any player found to have engaged in prohibited conduct will have their account suspended or permanently closed, and may forfeit all balances in their account:

• Registering more than one account, whether in your own name or using another person's identity or details;
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at any point during registration, KYC verification, or account use;
• Using the Platform while under 21 years of age;
• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any other technology to gain an unfair advantage;
• Engaging in collusion with other players, exploiting software bugs or errors, or engaging in any form of cheating;
• Using the Platform to launder money or conduct any other criminal financial activity;
• Abusing promotional offers through structured deposits, coordinated multi-account betting, or any other method designed to exploit bonus terms;
• Accessing or attempting to access another player's account without authorisation;
• Engaging in any conduct that disrupts the Platform's services or other players' experiences.

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the 222ra Platform — including but not limited to the 222ra name and logo, website design, game graphics, software, text, images, and data — is the property of 222ra or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming and betting purposes only. This licence does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any Platform content;
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any Platform software;
• Remove or alter any proprietary notices, labels, or marks on the Platform;
• Use any 222ra trademarks, brand names, or logos without prior written consent.

Any unauthorised use of 222ra intellectual property will result in immediate account termination and may give rise to civil or criminal liability.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 222ra's total liability to you in connection with your use of the Platform — whether in contract, tort, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount of funds held in your verified real-money account balance at the time the relevant claim arises.

222ra expressly excludes liability for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or opportunity, whether direct or indirect;
• Service interruptions, technical failures, connectivity issues, or Platform downtime caused by factors beyond 222ra's reasonable control;
• Losses arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials;
• Any decision to restrict, suspend, or terminate your account in accordance with these Terms;
• Delays in payment processing caused by third-party payment providers including JazzCash, EasyPaisa, or banking institutions.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude 222ra's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

11 Responsible Gaming

222ra is committed to promoting responsible gaming across all of its products and services. The following responsible gaming provisions apply to all players:

• Age Restriction: The Platform is strictly for players aged 21 and above. Underage gambling is prohibited without exception.
• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits within their account settings. Once a deposit limit is set, it takes effect immediately. Increases to deposit limits are subject to a cooling-off period before taking effect.
• Self-Exclusion: Players who wish to take a break from gambling may activate self-exclusion through their account settings or by contacting 222ra support. Self-exclusion periods range from 30 days to permanent exclusion. During self-exclusion, the player's account will be suspended and no marketing communications will be sent.

12 Termination

Either party may terminate the player's 222ra account at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• Player-Initiated Closure: You may request account closure at any time by contacting 222ra customer support. Prior to closure, any pending withdrawal requests will be processed subject to KYC verification. Pending bonus balances that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon closure.
• 222ra-Initiated Termination: 222ra reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, with or without notice, where it determines that the player has breached these Terms, engaged in prohibited conduct, or where continued operation of the account would be contrary to the Platform's responsible gaming obligations or regulatory requirements.
• Effect of Termination: Upon account closure, your licence to use the Platform is immediately revoked. Verified real-money balances (excluding bonus balances subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method within a reasonable time frame, subject to applicable verification and anti-money laundering checks.

13 Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 222ra holds its international gaming licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms — including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination — shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that licensing jurisdiction, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Where local mandatory consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction provide for rights that cannot be excluded by contract, those rights are not affected by these Terms. It is your responsibility to ensure that your use of the 222ra Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction.

14 Amendments to These Terms

222ra reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, 222ra will publish the updated Terms on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. Where appropriate, 222ra may also notify registered players of significant changes via email or in-platform notification.

Your continued use of the 222ra Platform following the publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree with any amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure as set out in Section 12.
